MediFlow offers three ready-made modules: Appointment Management, Prescription Generation, and Lab Order & Test Management. Each module is available independently.

Yes. Every module is sold separately, so you can subscribe only to the software your clinic actually needs.

Each ready-made module costs Rs. 1,599 per month or Rs. 15,990 per year. Every plan includes 4 staff users and your first 500 patient records free.

Yes. Each module can be billed monthly or yearly — Rs. 15,990 per year, which gives you 2 months free. You can switch from your Billing page in the app.

Yes. Each ready-made module comes with a 7-day free trial so you can try it before choosing a monthly or yearly plan.

Your first 500 patient records are free with any module. After that, patient records are charged at Rs. 599 per 1,000 patients per month, in whole blocks. Deleting records lowers the charge from the next invoice.

Every clinic includes 1 admin, 1 doctor, 1 receptionist, 1 lab attendant (with the lab module) free. Each additional user is Rs. 99 per month or Rs. 999 per year.

Yes. Because the modules are independent, you can start with one and add another whenever your clinic is ready.

The ready-made modules are online software, so you use them through a web browser without installing anything. If your clinic needs installed software, we can build a custom offline Windows solution.

Yes. We design and develop clinic software around your specific workflow, features, screens and reports.

Yes. Every clinic and lab gets its own public booking link and QR code. Share the link on WhatsApp or social media, or display the QR code at reception — patients book appointments (Appointment Management module) or place lab orders (Lab Order & Test Management module) from their phone.

Yes. MediFlow sends SMS notifications and reminders to patients, so they are kept informed and fewer people miss their appointment. You get 20 free SMS credits every month with any module.
