- Free trial: you can evaluate a module for 7 days before paying.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
- Refunds: please contact us about any billing concern and we will review it case by case.
Patient data package
Additional patient data capacity purchases are reviewed under the same approach as module subscriptions.
Custom software projects
Payments, milestones and refunds for custom software are defined in the written proposal or agreement for each project.
